1Who we are

Blesis Solutions Private Limited (“Blesis”, “we”, “us”), CIN U62099KA2026PTC224342, is a company registered in India with its registered office at Unit No. 213, 2nd Floor, Ramanashree Arcade, Building No. 18, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India.

2What we collect

Contact enquiries. Your name, company (optional), work email, phone number (optional), the starting point you choose and your message.
Emails and calls. The details you share when you write to us or call us directly.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to run and secure the site.

How our contact form works. The form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled email to contact@blesis.com, and nothing is sent until you press send. We receive it as an ordinary email.

No cookies, analytics or tracking. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads nothing from third-party servers.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.

3Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you ask about.
To keep this website running and secure.
To meet our legal obligations.

We do not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent, and we do not use data submitted through this website to train AI models.

Our contact form asks for your consent through a checkbox before it prepares your email. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@blesis.com. We will then stop the related processing and delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it.

5How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the date of consent, then deleted.
If you become a client, records are kept for as long as the contract and the law require, for example for tax and accounting.
Server logs are kept for our hosting provider’s standard period.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only:

with service providers that work for us under contract, such as Microsoft Azure (website hosting) and Microsoft 365 (email), and only as far as needed to run the site and reply to you;
with authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data outside India. We use only providers with appropriate safeguards, and transfer data only as Indian law allows.

7Security

The whole site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are held in access-controlled storage with encryption in transit, and only people who need them to reply to you can see them.

8Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:

ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
withdraw your consent;
nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity;
raise a grievance with us.

Write to contact@blesis.com for any of these. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

10Client project data

This policy covers this website only. When we work on a client project, any personal data we handle on the client’s behalf is processed under that client’s contract and instructions.

11Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we publish the new version on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
